Bedroom 3 is 20 m2 overall split as follows:
8m2 on the lower level next to bedroom 2. It is small at approx 8m2 with a single bed plus chair & chest of drawers. .
It has American shutters for light & privacy plus a sliding door that opens out to the pool area as per the photos.
The second part of Bedroom is an additional 12 m2 on the upper raised rear level that also has a single bed plus chair & chest of drawers plus cupboard.
The upper portion of the bedroom also has American shutters that allow light & privacy.
Both areas have magnificent sea & mountain views.
Therefore they are separate areas & therefore not suitable for a couple wishing to share a bedroom.
