The Budget studio is our smallest unit at 60 m2 including the deck.

It does not have a sea view from inside the apartment which is reflected in the much lower price charged.

However it does have glorious sea , harbour & mountain views from its private deck outside.

The Studio  apartment is 30m2 internally plus a large  30m2 shaded deck outside. The Studio  Deck is 15 meters away from the  Studio side entrance.  The outside shaded area has  braai & a Large leather sofa & coffee table for snacks to enjoy sundowners etc. 

The deck has  beautiful sea, beach, harbor & mountain views. The outside deck also has power to charge your phone or laptop if needed plus a light for those lovely summer nights.

The communal Pool is for all guests to enjoy.

Inside the apartment it has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle  etc.

It also has a washing machine for guests staying longer. It has a shower, WC & basin.

It has a small lounge/diner  with a 2 seater leather sofa, small table & a foot rest

The 70 inch SMART TV has NETFLIX , You Tube & DSTV access with guests just needing to input their own passwords etc.  It also has fast Fibre High Speed Internet.

The bedroom has a Queen size bed, 2 bedside cabinets with lights plus  Wardrobe.
