BIKINI BEACH MANOR offers luxury self catering accommodation for the discerning traveler to Cape Town’s Western Cape in beautiful  South Africa.

We offer a 4 storey, 1100m2 modern-contemporary building that has been carved into the mountainside and hangs over the beach/harbor with the ocean literally below us.

There are spectacular SEA and MOUNTAIN views from most areas.

Guests are so close that that  can literally hear the waves break on the beach and harbour walls.

The modern contemporary building is built on over 2000 metres square of prime land with many individual private terraces and lawns that provide our guests with space and tranquility to enjoy your idyllic holiday of a lifetime.

The Large House can be rented as a whole to intercommunicate with each floor or split into four luxury floors, all finished with modern, quality fittings & internet access.

We are set in very large grounds which is very rare for this exclusive part of Gordon’s Bay and is considered by many to be the perfect setting for this reason alone.

Guests are given privacy to relax and enjoy the stunning and unsurpassed views towards Cape Point, Table Mountain, the Helderberg Mountains and of course, the Winelands.

You can sit on your balcony and watch whales when in season (June – Oct) dolphins and/or seal, not to forget the most spectacular sunsets over Table Mountain.

There is a communal pool that is shared between the 5 Apartments.

Niall and his team have put together well appointed and tastefully designed apartments suited for the family on the move.
The units have superb views over Gordons Bay, the small craft harbour and the Strand beyond.
For those who are looking for a comfortable base to explore Somerset West, Gordons Bay, Stellenbosch, Kleinmond, Betty's Bay and Hermanus these units are ideal.

It was one the best holidays of our lives. The location is probably the best in the Cape. The views are breath taking and the apartment was spacious, high quality (very clean) and of the highest spec. The hosts respect your privacy but are always available.
